We try to get orders out within 3-5 days for all customers based in the UAE.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely using stripe.com. We offer Tabby for customers wishing to pay in instalments split over 4 interest-free payments. 

Yes all our items are delivered ready to be hung straight on your wall with the hanging hardware installed.

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any printed and framed items once the order has been placed.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a defect or damage, such as broken glass, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a return of the item.

No you don't need an account to place an order, you can check out as a guest.

At the checkout stage you have the option to register for an account. Registering for an account allows you to login and check your order status, order history and makes ordering quicker in the future.

Yes! We offer bespoke options (sizes, colors and frames) on many of our prints. Send us your bespoke requests at info@gutenbo.ae and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
