In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a defect or damage, such as broken glass, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a return of the item. Once we receive the item, we will fix the issue and send it back to you at no additional cost.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
